In the hustle and bustle of the holidays, we then forget to take the time for a more detailed review and start the new year full, but with a buzzing head and without precise ideas.

Yes, let’s do it! This is neither hocus-pocus nor joining a sect, but the way our ancestors did it thousands of years ago to get well from the old year to the new. Use the magic of the Rauhnächte from December 25, 2024 to January 6, 2025.

What awaits you on the Journey through The Twelve:
  • A 14-day accompanied journey – I will guide and accompany you over the 14 days through the meaning of the individual Nights according to ancient European tradition and combine them with wisdom from Indian yoga. Learn and experience the millennia-old tradition of our ancestors, together with an even older one from the other side of the world.

  • Your personal Rauhnachts travel guide – A lovingly designed journal in which you will find all the information about the trip, as well as space to record your experiences and thoughts

  • Daily questions and ritual ideas – The journal guides you through the individual topics of the days with suitable questions and ideas for rituals such as: Incense burning, meditating or writing letters

  • Guided yoga sessions and meditations – there are several short yoga sessions and meditations spread over the entire period. You can find them all as video or audio files directly in your Rauhnachts travel guide

  • A deeper insight into traditional yoga teachings – European customs meet yoga philosophy. In addition to the classic themes and customs for The Twelve, you can also learn about the chakra and elemental teachings of yoga

  • Exchange and community – let’s make the journey together. In our WhatsApp group you will receive small messages every day with reminders, ritual ideas or other inspirations. You also have the opportunity to connect and share with other people

You’ve been planning to end or start the year mindfully for years, but it doesn’t work out? This time it will work! Because we’re doing it together! Let me be your travel companion on this very special journey. I will tell you everything I have learned about The Twelve Nights in recent years and guide you through the individual days and themes. We will also dive deeper into yoga philosophy together and learn more about the chakras and the elements. Both topics that play a major role in yoga. In your personal travel guide, you will find questions for reflection every day, as well as small mindfulness exercises and other rituals.

I will be by your side for the entire 14 days and try to make your journey through The Twelve as relaxed and beautiful as possible. When or how much time you take each day is entirely up to you. You alone decide what your journey looks like, what you want to take with you and what might not be for you. I would just like to invite you to start your journey with an open heart.

If you want to join in later, December 28 or January 5 are good options. These are key nights when everything can be resolved again. If you miss a day or don’t have time, you can simply make up for it the next day. You can also arrange the rituals so that they fit into your day.

Because things are often better when we can share them with other people, this doesn’t have to be a solo trip, but can also be a group trip. I will send you small travel updates and additional information in our joint WhatsApp group. We can also exchange ideas, share experiences and ask questions. If you still prefer to do the journey alone, that’s perfectly okay too.

➡️Insights into yoga philosophy, especially the chakra and elemental teachings

➡️The digital travel guide contains all the information about the Rauhnächte (history, customs, traditions), as well as several pages per day with space for reflection, notes and thoughts. It also contains pages for the 13 Wishes ritual, which you can print out and fill in

➡️Each of The Twelve nights has a specific theme, which includes certain questions and rituals. You will find the daily reflection questions in your journal, as well as the suggestions for rituals and activities for each day, e.g: Burning incense, opening doors, lighting candles

➡️As certified yoga teacher I would like to combine the mindful time of The Twelve with THE mindfulness teaching, yoga, and have created some short asana sequences and meditations to match the daily themes. You will receive a total of three yoga asana sessions and two guided meditations.

➡️The Twelve should invite you to take time for yourself and to consciously and deeply engage with yourself. But self-reflection and community do not have to be mutually exclusive. And just as I have shared the Rauhnächte with many people in recent years, I would also like to give you the chance to be part of this community and to share and connect with like-minded people if you wish

For me, The Twelve Nights have been the most important time of the year for many years and I would like to show you why they are so special and share this experience with you. Let’s look back on 2024 and find out exactly what was good and what wasn’t, what we want to take with us into 2025 and what no longer serves us. Let’s dream big and make colorful plans for the coming year and leave the rest to the universe.
